J.E. Mills
J.E. Mills was I. H. U. President 1925-26. He played thirteen times for Ireland (1895-1910) and represented Ireland in the first International against Wales. He captained Ireland against Wales in 1910. He was captain of the famous Palmerston Club during the seasons of 1899-1902. When this club folded he joined Monkstown. He also held the offices of Chairman of the Leinster Branch 1908-1912, Vice President of the Leinster Umpires Association 1908-09 and Hon. Treasurer of the I. H. U. 1908-12.
