Corinthian Hockey Club – 3rd – 6th August (4 day camp)

9.30am – 1pm every day

Players are progressed according to their age group and ability. Groups will be assessed and selected by the Hockey Ireland coaches.

All camps will focus on improving player development and fitness, S&C, general skills, attacking and defensive techniques, finishing with repetition, penalty corner defense and attack, small sided intensive games.
